Moe's Southwest Grill is a chain that has been gaining a lot steam (they have over 400 locations) and proof of that is they are here in Ithaca. So what is Moe's? Well, Moe's is fast-casual Mexican, it is like taking the best of Subway (they make it fresh right in front of you) and the best of your favorite Mexican joint (the flavors are authentic) and blending the two together. Moe's serves up burritos, tacos, quesadillas, nachos, salads and fajitas and does it quickly. The food is good, you can customize what you want in each dish, the portions are generous and the prices are fair. If you want to feed 4 people for under $25, Moe's is a great place to go.

Chips and salsa each item comes with chips, the chips had a sweet taste to them (lime?) and the salsas covered the range from mild to a nice smolderingly warm heat.
